Shipping Policies
Our processing time is 1-3 business days. Packages weighing 12 ounces or less are sent by USPS First Class (2-5 business days transit time). Packages weighing more than 12 ounces are sent by USPS Priority (2-4 business days transit time).
We offer free USPS shipping and only within the lower 48 U.S. states and to Military APOs.
Returns Policy
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PROPER AUTHORIZATION
Do not return a product without first notifying a customer support technician via Firelight Fusion’s Help Desk.
Please note that all returned items are subject to a 20% returns fee. This returns fee does NOT apply to returns of defective items. “Defective” applies to a unit that does not operate properly, e.g. a battery that does not supply power to the atomizer or an atomizer that does not heat up properly. Change-of-heart orders are subject to the 20% deduction. All units are inspected for functionality upon return.
Return period is 14 days, which starts the date you receive your item. Packages must be postmarked by the 14th day to qualify for a refund.
Due to health reasons, we make no exceptions on issuing refunds for opened cartridges/cartomizers and e liquid. Packs of cartridges must contain all unused/unopened cartridges to receive credit.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
30-Day Replacement Warranty
We will replace defective parts within 30 days from the day you receive your package. This warranty only applies to the original order and NOT for replacements*. The warranty for both the Firelight Micro and Fusion is 30 days. ONLY batteries and chargers are covered under this warranty unless a cartomizer is dead on arrival.
*30-day warranty coverage only applies to products from the original purchase and not replacement units. Any and all replacement parts that are sent to cover defective units will not carry a new 30-day warranty. Replacement policies only apply to the original purchase, starting on the date the product is received.
Exchanges Policy
At the sole discretion of Firelight Fusion, exchanges may be made on used starter kits only within 14 days from the date the package is received. A 15% exchange fee will apply. No exceptions are made on products owned over 14 days, and e liquid, refill cartridges and other accessories cannot be exchanged. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
